Cone crushers
Cone crushers are designed for crushing hard and medium-hard materials such as basalt, granite, metal ores, diabase, quartz, limestone, sandstone or cement clinker. The amount of loamy and clayey impurities contained therein must not exceed 5%, whereas moisture of the same must not be greater than 10%. Cone crushers are used to prepare material for the construction of roads and railway embankments. They also crush material to be further process in other machines, e.g. in mills.
Hydraulic adjustment
Cone crushers have a hydraulic support of the internal crushing cone unit. The output slot is adjusted hydraulically from the control panel. Overload protection allows the internal cone to withdraw and then to return to the original position when the machine is no longer overloaded.
