‘An innovation supported by experience’ – in these words we wanted to express the 150 year history of the brand and innovative engineering solutions, on the basis of which MAKRUM products are manufactured.
For all those years, we developed, gained experience and always adopted our services to the needs of the market and customers. Today, we are proud to admit that we are a leading manufacturer of crushing and grinding machines. This is an important product in our rich history. We constantly extend our offer to include new products. Lately, it was the reclaimed asphalt granulator – an innovative and eco-minded machine, intended to reuse material required for building road infrastructure.
To date, we have manufactured more than 30 thousand devices including various types of crushers, mills, feeders, screening machines, dryers and other equipment used in the production process of numerous manufacturing companies. We delivery solutions for the mining, power, cement, food, paper, mineral processing industries and many more.
MAKRUM employs experienced technology, construction, welding and material engineers. We are also supported by logistics, procurement and finance specialists. Each project is designed on the basis of our experience and established practice. Our team is open to modern solutions.
In addition to our own production base, over the years of our activity we have established a network of proven suppliers and subcontractors which has a direct influence on the quality of our products.
The history of the IMMOBILE Capital Group dates back to 1868, when Herman Lohnert set up a company dealing in repairs of agricultural machinery.
1868
Herman Löhnert establishes an agricultural machine repair company.
1880
Production of ball mills (mineral material industry) based on own patents.
1910
The Golden Age of the company: Already as a joint-stock company, it builds a large factory on the currently occupied area, covering a cast iron foundry, machining and assembly hall, forging shop with boiler forge and an administrative building – employing 800 persons.
1951
Production of mobile dryers and stationary rotary dryers.
1939
Production for the arms industry.
1957
Acquisition of the right to the MAKRUM S.A. trademark.
1961
Production of bucket wheel excavators and loaders, drying and grinding mills, grate coolers and mobile crushers.
1991
Commercialisation and participation in the National Investment Fund.
2001
Rafał Jerzy becomes a strategic investor in MAKRUM.
2007
Warsaw Stock Exchange debut.
2008
Takeover of the Pomerania Shipyard in Szczecin.
2011
Beginning of the establishment of the MAKRUM Capital Group, a new company’s registered office.
2012
Merger of the main companies within the MAKRUM Capital Group.
2013
Commencement of operations of the MAKRUM Opencast Mining – MAKRUM Project Management Sp. z o.o. – branch in Konin.
2014
Change of the name of MAKRUM S.A. to the IMMOBILE S.A. Capital Group.
2017
Merger of MAKRUM Project Management Sp. z o.o. and PROJPRZEM S.A.
