Screening machines are designed for initial and final sorting of rocks and natural aggregates of different hardness and granulation.

They operate in technological units of production lines in processing plants of rocks and minerals. Heavy screening machines are responsible for initial sorting at the beginning of the technological unit, whereas the light ones are designed for final sorting of a finished product.

Screening decks may be equipped with the following sieves: 

• spring wire woven sieves of square mesh 
• made of a corrugated metal sheet of any mesh shape
• polyurethane or rubber sieves

They can be installed as fixed (on a frame) or stationary (on a foundation).
