Rotary dryers

A rotary dryer consists of a drum, carrier bearing and carrier thrust bearing, drive, countershaft, outlet and inlet gate and inlet and outlet sealing. The inside of the drum is equipped with elements intensifying the drying process such as chains, blades, chambers, etc., depending on the dried material.
The rotary motion of the drum is generated by an electric motor, gear-wheel transmission, countershaft and a toothed-wheel rim mounted on the drum. Speed of the drum motion is adjustable.
