Impact crushers - bar type

Seria IC

Impact crushers are designed for crushing hard and medium-hard materials, such as dolomite, granite, limestone, clinker, sandstone, and coal. However, these materials must not contain more than 15% clay-silt impurities or have a moisture content exceeding 20%.

Impact crushers are used for preparing materials for road construction, railway embankments, as well as for the preliminary crushing of materials that will undergo further processing in other equipment, such as mills.

For quick replacement of parts, a split housing is used, which can be opened using hydraulic devices or mechanical lifts included in the crusher's equipment. The crusher's rotor is powered by an electric motor.

The crusher features a compact and simple design with relatively small dimensions, and the materials used in its construction ensure high durability of the components. In special configurations, impact crushers can also crush hard materials, such as cobblestones, etc.

Impact Plates:

  • 2 impact plates as standard.
  • Gap adjustment: Mechanical or hydraulic.
  • Safety system: Lifts the impact plates in case of overload.
  • Optimal gap selection affects material retention time and throughput.

Housing:

  • Heavy-duty construction.
  • Side walls made of high-tensile strength steel.
  • Modular design.
  • Multiple configuration options (impact plates, armor plating, inlets, rotors).
  • Configurable grinding plate.

Safety and Production:

  • Sensor on the second impact plate for automatic reset after detecting overload.
  • Gap measurement.
  • Automatic gap adjustment based on the product curve.

Rotor:

  • Heavy-duty construction.
  • Two design variants: Open and closed.
  • Combination of type, quantity, and arrangement of bars to achieve the selected goal in the function: high throughput ↔ fine crushing.
  • Bar lifter.
  • Combination of feed depth and peripheral speed ensures optimal energy use per ton of product.

Drive:

  • Standard belt gear.
  • Flexibility in transmitting impact loads.
  • Simplicity in changing rotor speeds.
  • Optional slow-speed drive for maintenance with a brake.
